Since its launch in 2015, the Pier-2 Artist-in-Residence Program (PAIR) has been committed to three core missions: supporting contemporary artistic creation, promoting aesthetic education, and fostering both international exchange and local community engagement in Taiwan. The program welcomes innovative, interdisciplinary, and experimental artists from Taiwan and abroad, with the aim of creating a global platform for cultural and artistic exchange through residency and collaboration with creative minds from around the world.
