Chih-hung Liu, born in Hsinchu (Taiwan) . 

 

He graduated from M.F.A Program, Department of Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. He is a freelancer who lives and works in Taipei currently. His works focus on life experiences and memories with the strokes and low-toned colors by observing and reflecting constantly in daily life. 

 

Through the essence of painting and drawing, he integrates images into personal affections tightly. He won "Taipei Arts Awards", "Chinese Art Awards 2010", "S-An Art Prize" and "Taoyuan Contemporary Art Award" between 2006 and 2012. Some were also collected by the National Taiwan Museum.
