AsI’ve always loved good ideas so much, my career started in Advertising, inwhich I mistakenly thought drawing would be more present. That disappointmentled me to the graphic design industry and, for years, I was quite happy insidethere, but my passion for illustrating ideas or texts by drawing them(motivated by all the art exhibitions that my high school art teacherssuggested me to see) always would peek out through my working routine. Almostten years ago, I finished my studies in illustration and since then I have beenworking for art galleries, different types of magazines, publishing houses,advertising agencies, individuals and a wide range of other projects related toillustration from different countries. My clients include Havas Europe, PenguinRandom House, El Malpensante magazine, Iberia or Movistar. Since a year ago,I’m running a weekly illustration workshop that allows me to stay in touch withvery willing pupils I’m learning a lot from.

Illustrationhas turned out to be my means of expression because it entails a more intimatework procedure in which formats and supports are worked in a smaller scale,with no need for large studios or big amounts of money to get the materials:just the desire to create something powerful with the minimum.
