It is a great honor to invite the "PORT JOURNEYS" initiated by Zou-no-hana Terrace in Yokohama, Japan, to participate in this Pier-2 Waving Waves Community project and at the same time make their annual meeting happen in Kaohsiung. The representatives of art institutions from seven harbor cities gathered in Pier-2 warehouses by the Port of Kaohsiung, sharing thoughts about art and ocean through in-depth discussions. Within the two-day forum, administrative personnel from governmental organizations and art institutions, artists and curators were given chances to exchange ideas and inspire each other just like cleaving the waves in high spirits. Let’s build ties and give mutual support, seeking more possible answers to the unknown.
